Mission
As an Industry Business Impact Lead, you are the senior industry authority responsible for long-term value realization and strategic account development across Fortune 500 clients within a specific vertical such as Luxury, CPG, Retail, Insurance, or Pharma.
This role goes beyond a traditional Customer Success Manager profile, combining strategic account leadership, executive advisory, and industry authority.
While Domain BILs drive deployment and operational leadership, the Industry BIL drives executive alignment, value delivery, strategic account planning, and readying accounts for expansion and renewal.
The mission is to convert usage into measurable business impact, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and position Aily as a strategic partner embedded in the client’s decision ecosystem. Internally, you represent the voice of the industry to ensure our product and value narrative remain aligned with sector priorities.
