Mission
Join our Platform Security team as a security engineer who builds, not just operates. Youwill design and build transformational security solutions that protect our AI-driven platform, securing complex data flows, AI pipelines, and cloud infrastructure at scale. Your first major project: contributing to our Security & Governance Observability Platform, then owning end-to-end security initiatives that fundamentally improve how we protect data and technology.
Role
As a Security Engineer, you are a builder who writes code to solve security problems at scale. We’re not looking for operators who configure existing tools—we need software engineers with deep security expertise who can design and build transformational security systems for
an AI-first company.
You will face problems of the AI age: securing complex data flows across distributed systems, protecting AI models and training pipelines, and building governance frameworks that maintain speed while ensuring safety. You will own projects end-to-end and collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Platform teams.
We are looking for candidates who are strong in at least 2 of the areas below:
Security Engineering & Platform Building:
• Design and build security automation systems and platforms (not just configure existing tools)
• Build components of our Security & Governance Observability Platform to automate control monitoring, compliance, evidence collection, and governance enforcement
• Write production-quality code to solve complex security challenges at scale
• Architect solutions that balance security, performance, and developer experience
AI & Data Ecosystem Security:
• Secure complex data flows across our AI-driven platform, including data lakes, analytics infrastructure, and AI training pipelines
• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies for highly sensitive data at scale
• Protect AI models and datasets from adversarial attacks, data poisoning, and unauthorized access.
• Build observability and monitoring specifically for AI workloads and data operations
• Work with Data Science and ML Engineering teams to embed security into the AI lifecycle
Transformational Security Projects:
• Lead end-to-end ownership of security initiatives that fundamentally improve our security posture
• Design and implement cloud security controls for AWS environments (Kubernetes, serverless, data infrastructure)
• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions that codify security policies across our environment
• Drive systemic risk reduction through automation, better architecture, and security-by-design thinking
