Your profile

What you’ll do

Support the Organizational Excellence Chapter assisting the Tech Platform team in building and optimizing internal operational systems.
Work closely with AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Organize operational data and insights to enable smarter, faster decision-making.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal processes and templates that support our scale.
Help coordinate cross-team initiatives that keep Aily moving fast and aligned.
Bring a hands-on attitude to problem-solving: simplify, automate, accelerate.

What we’re looking for

Passion for technology, AI, and how modern companies operate.
Strong curiosity and a good understanding of how data drives decision-making.
High learning speed and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement.
Interest in organizational operations, systems, and optimization — even if you’re just getting started.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and organizational models focused on excellence and hyper-optimization.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
Comfort with working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where change is the only constant.
Fluent in English (working language at Aily).
