Strategy Project Manager

Mission
As a Strategy Project Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the company. You’ll combine sharp business acumen with an analytical mindset to lead cross-functional projects, evaluate growth opportunities, and support critical decisions that shape the future of the company.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in economics or business, hands-on experience managing projects, and a genuine curiosity for technology and innovation.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Manage and execute company-wide projects, from market assessments and go-to-market strategies to operational improvement programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a connector between product, commercial, tech, and data teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance, trends, and competitive landscapes using SQL or other data tools to support recommendations.
  • Executive Support: Work alongside the leadership team to shape business priorities, prepare strategic materials, and track progress against company goals.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively explore new markets, technologies, and business models to inform long-term planning.
  • Drive Execution: Ensure that projects are delivered on time and with measurable results, applying best-in-class project management practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or a similar role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Academic background in Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with SQL and databases; confident working with data to inform decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots and translate vision into action.
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
