We’re looking for a strategic, HR-savvy Business Impact Lead (Customer Success Manager) to shape the future of AI-driven innovation in the People domain. At Aily Labs, we deliver agentive AI decision intelligence through an App that empowers enterprises to make smarter, faster decisions. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor—internally guiding feature ideation with business insight, and externally driving adoption, value delivery, and strategic alignment with our customers.

Your profile
Responsibilities.
  • Advise on the design of AI-powered People features: Use your HR expertise and business acumen to guide the conceptualisation of Agentive AI features that solve real enterprise People challenges.
  • Engage directly with clients: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders—understanding their needs, identifying value opportunities, and ensuring our features align with their priorities.
  • Drive adoption and impact of People features: Lead activation and rollout strategies across key customers, manage ongoing communication, and ensure sustained usage and business impact.
  • Bridge business needs and technical execution: Translate client feedback and strategic requirements into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Lead cross-stakeholder alignment: Collect and prioritise feature requests from various stakeholders, ensuring clarity, focus, and business relevance in development cycles.
  • Partner with product, sales and marketing: Support go-to-market and internal enablement efforts to ensure clear communication and positioning of our People features.
Your Background.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise HR or related corporate functions, with strong exposure to transformation and strategic decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of People/HR practices, enterprise operating models, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders—internally and externally—especially at the C-level.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver business value.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex needs into clear requirements and business cases.
  • Passion for digital transformation and emerging AI technologies, especially Agentive AI.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
