Mission
We are looking for a Product Excellence Manager to drive and elevate the quality of
our product across all tenants and modules. This role ensures we build and scale
experiences that are not only stable and reliable, but also consistent, user-centric, and
operationally excellent. You’ll work cross-functionally with product managers,
engineering, and client-facing teams to create strong quality routines, define clear
excellence standards, and hold the bar high as we scale.

Your Responsibilities
• Champion Product Excellence
Define and evolve what “product excellence” means across teams. Create alignment around quality standards, consistency, and user experience across the product.
• Ensure Cross-Tenant Consistency & stability
Monitor and compare product experience across tenants to spot inconsistencies or degradation. Coordinate efforts to address and prevent recurring issues.
• Own Quality Metrics & Reporting
Develop and manage dashboards that track product quality and excellence KPIs
(e.g., stability, user-reported issues, regression rates). Share insights regularly
with leadership and teams.
• Be the Go-To for Urgent Issues
Act as the single point of contact for short-term “supermissions” and product incidents. Coordinate cross-team responses and ensure outcomes are followed
by structural improvements.
• Scale Quality as We Grow
Anticipate the complexity of scaling to many more tenants. Develop scalable
approaches to monitor and maintain product excellence at every level.
• Connect the Dots Across Teams
Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineering, Design, Business Impact Leads, and
Support to ensure product issues are understood holistically and resolved
sustainably.
What You Bring
• First experiences in product, program management, or a quality-focused
product role, ideally in a SaaS or multi-tenant environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re comfortable aligning
multiple teams and getting things done without formal authority
• A structured and proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems to escalate,
you see them coming
• Data-savviness—confident in defining and working with KPIs and dashboards
• High attention to detail with a passion for user experience, stability, and
consistency
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and finding structure in complexity
