As a Senior Developer Experience Specialist in our DevEx team, you will:

• Enhance CI/CD Integration and Automation: Improve integration and operation of CI/CD tools, fully automating continuous integration and testing processes to streamline development workflows.

• Develop and Govern CI/CD Strategies: Design, scale, and oversee strategies, standards, guidelines, and governance of our continuous integration systems within the Tech Platform.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal development and QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality and efficiency in our software development lifecycle.

• Advance GitOps Practices: Partner with the Infrastructure team to deliver the best experience in continuous delivery using FluxCD and ArgoCD.

• Document Processes and Systems: Write and maintain comprehensive documentation about our GitOps and CI/CD practices to empower teams and ensure consistency.

• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and resolve issues within the CI/CD pipelines to maintain seamless development operations.

Your Profile

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Jenkins, or similar.

  • Proven experience as a Developer Experience Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Backend Engineer, or similar role.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes and GitOps solutions such as FluxCD or ArgoCD.

  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn at least one programming language such as Python or C#.

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices.

  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to initiate and drive changes impacting the entire organization.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• Understanding of package management, compliance and validations, and metrics.

• Experience supporting large-scale development teams across multiple locations.

• Familiarity with on-call rotations.
