Mission
We’re looking for a Senior System Integration Specialist to join our cross-functional IT team and become the go-to expert in optimizing and integrating IT tools to address business challenges. This role demands full ownership of designing, implementing, and documenting best practices for IT systems, enabling teams to leverage tools effectively, efficiently, and securely.
As the referent in your area, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, automate processes wherever possible, and create comprehensive guides that empower operational teams to configure and use tools in line with defined workflows and standards.
Your profile
As a Senior System Integration Specialist, you will:
Serve as the primary owner and expert for IT system integrations, ensuring seamless operations across tools and workflows.
Analyze and optimize the use of productivity tools, including Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian, and Miro, to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Lead the design, automation, and implementation of tool integrations and workflows to solve business problems and scale with organizational needs.
Develop and maintain operational guides and documentation, enabling teams to independently operate and configure IT tools in compliance with defined processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand team workflows and provide tailored solutions.
Automate processes wherever possible, using scripting or no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Torq, or Rundeck.
Define and enforce governance, security, and operational best practices for IT systems and processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, training, and strategic adoption of IT tools.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions into the IT landscape.
Your Profile5+ years of experience in IT system integration, productivity tool optimization, or a related role.
Strong expertise in key productivity tools, including:
Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Zoom
Slack
Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Miro or similar tools
Proven experience automating workflows using platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Torq, or Rundeck.
Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, with a talent for collaborating across teams and solving complex problems.
Ownership mindset, with the ability to take initiatives from ideation to implementation.
Experience creating comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for IT systems and tools.
Familiarity with IT governance, data security, and best practices for tool management.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to support advanced customizations and automations.
Nice to HaveKnowledge of API integrations and advanced workflows to connect tools.
Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) practices or platforms.
Certifications in relevant systems, such as Microsoft 365, Atlassian, or automation platforms.
Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and security compliance standards.
