Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Founder / CEO as required
- Book travel arrangements for Founder / CEO as required, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Support and manage Founder / CEO with personal calendar and activities
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Support the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
- Lead the office management of Munich office, including coordination and communication with landlord, suppliers and social committee
