We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Finance at AILY. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and evolution of our AI-powered decision intelligence products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, engineering, Ai and our business impact leads, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
In this role, you will work closely with our Finance business domain to deliver Ai-powered decision making innovations for finance departments of various industries.

Responsibilities
- Domain product strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for for the Finance business domain, aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives. Identify opportunities and customer needs and align them with the overall product strategy to inform product roadmap and priorities.
- Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that guides the development efforts and drives product innovation.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate customer needs and business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Product Development: Work closely with engineering, UX and AI teams to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Provide guidance and direction throughout the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Product Leadership: You are acting as the lead of the Finance domain and will mentor junior product managers within your team and level them up respectively
