We are seeking a talented Head of Security to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Tech Platform Lead, and being the first in the IT team, you will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining Aily’s IT infrastructure (mostly SaaS services) as well as safeguarding our organization's critical information and infrastructure. 

Responsibilities: 

• Establish and enforce comprehensive security policies, guidelines, and governance to uphold the highest security standards for Aily’s SaaS AI-Tech platform and product.
• Lead Risk Management and Security Operations to proactively identify and mitigate security threats that could affect our product or organization.
• Oversee the security of our technology stack, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Mac laptops, ensuring these tools are both secure and efficient to meet our business needs.
• Direct the Security Team in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security alerts across all platforms, ensuring rapid and effective threat mitigation.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization, integrating security best practices into all operations, including development through DevSecOps.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external security audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and optimize security technologies and tools, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and robustly protect our systems and data.
• Lead and mentor the security team, conducting performance management, feedback sessions, and fostering professional growth to maintain a motivated and engaged team.
