To support AILY LABS in its mission of empowering enterprises with meaningful AI, the company is seeking a Chief of Staff who will serve as the right hand to CEO & Founder Bianca Anghelina. In this multifaceted position, the Chief of Staff combines strategic insight, operational excellence, leadership skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive key projects forward, further accelerating the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement the company's strategic vision, by translating high-level goals into actionable plans and initiatives
● Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhancing efficiency on key projects
● Lead and oversee critical projects and pre-defined targets, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and are executed on time and within budget
● Collaborate with product development teams to maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality products aligned with customer needs and market trends
● Effectively communicate the company's vision and values both internally and externally
● Provide external stakeholders with a holistic view of the company. This could involve nurturing partnerships, developing client relationships and engaging with industry associations
● Foster collaboration and alignment across the companys diverse teams, by breaking down silos to ensure that efforts are coordinated and complementary
● Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights for improving company performance, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks
● As a trusted advisor to the executive team, the Chief of Staff provides counsel on strategic and operational matters, assisting and driving directly all matters in accordance to the company's playbook
Key Requirements
● Ideally having gained several years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar position at a large software enterprise, a growth firm within the SaaS business field, or at a prestigious strategy consulting firm
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as the Chief of Staff will represent the organization to various stakeholders, requiring clear and persuasive communication
● The candidate should possess a diverse skill set that encompasses various aspects of running the company beyond sales, indicating a broad understanding of business operations
● Excel in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in organizational networking and strategic business development
● A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development ensures a strong knowledge around AILY LABS’s product and its advancement. Therefore, the candidate must stay updated with industry trends and evolving best practices, benefiting both the executive management and the organization
● Shape and reinforce the company's culture and core values during its ongoing stellar growth phase, working closely with leadership to ensure that the organization's principles are embedded in every aspect of the business
● Continuously assess and enhance internal processes and workflows to further improve efficiency and productivity, fostering a culture of operational excellence
