Responsibilities
- Drive user engagement and adoption of our finance module within our customers, managing the process and communications externally within our customers.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions that give business outcomes, enabling faster and more efficient processes
- Ensure that future products align with and exceed the expectations of our clients, acting as a vital bridge between our customers and product teams.
- Offering deep financial business expertise within large enterprises, helping to understand needs and requirements of our clients to maximize ROI opportunity and product adoption.
- Create awareness/ support with internal product marketing
- Summarise requests across different clients relating to the Finance module and prioritise, working with internal stakeholders to drive user activation whilst ensuring ongoing user engagement.
